- April 1946Our company started out in the plastic direct pressure molding industry.
We established a plastic direct pressure molding business at our current location (Higashiosaka City, Osaka Prefecture).
The founder’s entry into the molding industry began after he returned from after the war and used direct pressure manufacturing to produce door closer cases for building materials, an item handled by the company he worked at before going to war.*At that time, thermosetting plastic Bakelite (phenolic resin) was used. Currently, thermoplastic resins are by far the most numerous types of plastic and are used in industrial products, but Bakelite is said to be the first artificial plastic. At that time, it was used in all kinds of industrial products.
- February 1962Incorporated under the thoughtful name chosen by three brothers
Since the company was founded by three brothers, the company was renamed Sanyu Raito Industry, and the company was reorganized into a corporate organization and began to pursue the molding industry in earnest.

‘By Three Brothers,’ ‘Excellent,’ ‘Bakelite Used in Manufacturing’ - September 1966Transition to the plastic injection molding industry
Initially, our products were manufactured in our home factory.
Later, we acquired land in the nearby Kishidado Minami-cho, Higashiosaka City (current location). With a workforce of 20 employees, we installed an injection molding machine in a wooden factory, marking the shift to a plastic injection molding business specializing in thermoplastic resin.
We also engaged in the design, manufacturing, and repair of molds for custom-made products. - September 1989Entering a field that will become the main business of the future
We have updated the building that is currently our main factory.
Since our founding, we have received many inquiries from customers, and the range of products and industries we handle has expanded.
Examples: Exterior cases and keyboards for desktop computers, free office cases, communication equipment fax parts
It is also believed that this is the beginning of the entry into industrial parts and bicycle parts, which are the current mainstay fields. - September 2013Growing into a company that can respond to requests from the government
During this time, we commenced the production and sale of the Help Mark, a recognition sign designed to support people with disabilities.
A decade has passed, and we currently receive orders from welfare departments in various prefectures and municipalities nationwide. - July 2018Acquiring Certifications for Enhanced Product Quality
We obtained certification as a management innovation plan under the Small and Medium Enterprise Management Strengthening Act.。
Additionally, in our commitment to deliver superior products, we secured certification for the Quality Management System ISO9001:2015. The attainment of these certifications has bolstered the trust placed in us. - August 2020Embarking on the Journey to a Sustainable Society
In pursuit of a sustainable future, we introduced our own environmentally friendly brand, ‘Poco a poco,’ marking the foundation of our new business venture.

“Poco a poco” rainbow color series is now on sale. This marks our first step towards realizing a sustainable society.
- January 2023Advancing Our Core Business
To meet increasing demands, we’ve expanded with the launch of a third factory.
This facility features a mold department, pivotal for insert molding and engineering plastic molding. With state-of-the-art equipment, we’ve established a more efficient and higher-quality production line. - January 2023Acknowledged for Persistent Efforts and Support
Awarded the Osaka Manufacturing Excellent Company Award, 2022.
The “Poco a poco” Nijiiro series also achieved recognition as a BEST PRODUCT under the “Osaka-made brand.”
